Cauliflower puree and sauce recipe:

Ingredients:
140g cauliflower
120g beef
30g cream cheese (20%)
80g diced tomatoes
30g green leaf lettuce
Drizzle of olive oil
10g cilantro (optional)
Pinch of black pepper (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
10g parsley (optional)
Pinch of Italian seasoning (optional)
5g garlic (optional)
20g onions (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut the cauliflower florets in half, wash and steam or boil until fork-tender (about 10 minutes).
2. Meanwhile, in a pot or skillet heat olive oil and brown ground or thinly sliced beef, onions, and garlic. Add diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, chopped parsley, pinch of salt and pepper. If you want, you can add Jalapeños pepper to taste.
3. Cook until excess liquid has evaporated.
4. Drain the prepared cauliflower. Mash it using fork or blend with hand blender together with cream cheese and pinch of salt. You can add any herbs or spices of choice as well.
5. Serve cauliflower puree with meat sauce and cup of leafy greens of choice.
