Creamy chicken wrap recipe:

Ingredients:


  • 150g chicken

  • 40g heavy cream (35%)

  • 40g green leaf lettuce

  • 30g onions (optional)

  • Pinch of curry (optional)

  • Pinch of turmeric (optional)

  • Drizzle of olive oil (optional)

  • Pinch of black pepper (optional)

  • Pinch of garlic (optional)


Instructions:


1. Cut a chicken fillet into small pieces and put aside.

2. Heat olive oil on a pan and add thinly chopped garlic and onion. Cook until soft and fragrant.

3. Add chicken to the pan and cook until almost ready.

4. Add spices of choice. We recommend - curry, turmeric and black pepper. Pour water over the meat so much that it almost covers it, but not fully. Sauté until simmering.

5. Continue to sauté until meat is ready and there is almost no water left.

6. Add heavy cream (or coconut milk) to the pan and sauté for another 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

7. Place two large lettuce leaves on the plate. Divide the meat between both lettuce leaves and roll each tightly together.
