180g ground beef
20g onions
100g zucchini
40g Tilsit cheese
5g cilantro (optional)
Pinch of black pepper (optional)

3. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the small meatballs, first fry golden on both sides, then put the lid on and fry for about 5 minutes on a low flame.
4. When the meat is cooked, place a thin slice of cheese on top of each one and remove from the pan after a few minutes.
5. Then fry the zucchini slices on both sides and place each meatball in the middle between two zucchini slices.
