Taco salad recipe:

Ingredients:
120g chicken
60g avocado
30g semi-hard cheese (30%)
30g green lettuce leaves
60g cucumbers
60g tomatoes
20g greek yoghurt
Drizzle of olive oil
20g red onion (optional)
Pinch of cumin (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Pinch of fresh garlic (optional)
Pinch of garlic powder (optional)
Pinch of bell pepper powder (optional)
Pinch of chili powder (optional)
5g lime juice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut chicken into strips and season with smoked bell pepper powder, chili, pinch of salt, garlic powder, cumin.
2. Fry chicken fillet on a pan using little olive oil until ready.
3. Cut cucumbers, shred lettuce, dice tomatoes and onions, grate cheese.
