"Buddha" bowl recipe:

Ingredients:
120g cured salmon
80g avocado
80g cauliflower
30g spinach
15g sesame seeds
5g garlic (optional)
20g red onion (optional)
10g soy sauce (optional)
10g lime juice (optional)
5g wine vinegar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut the cold-smoked salmon into small cubes, arrange in a bowl.
2. Chop or grate the cauliflower in a food processor, fry for a few minutes in a heated pan or sauté in a little water. Arrange in a bowl alongside the salmon.
3. Cut the avocado into chunks and the red onion into round pieces and arrange alongside the salmon on the other side. The onion can also be left out of the recipe.
4. Thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise and arrange alongside the avocado, with the spinach leaves next to it.
5. Mix or blend the lime juice with the soy sauce, squeezed garlic clove and vinegar. Drizzle over the dressing and the sesame seeds (which may be toasted slightly before adding). If desired, the sauce can be replaced with lemon juice or not added.
Remember! Drink at least 8 cups of water a day. Try to limit your coffee and tea drinking to 3 cups a day. Remember that the daily water requirement does not include coffee/tea. Use any spices except sugar and/or honey and salt.
