Ingredients:

  • 60g avocado

  • 130g beef

  • 70g bell peppers

  • 20g green leaf lettuce

  • 60g tomatoes

  • 30g semi-hard cheese (30%)

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • 5g lime (optional)

  • Pinch of cumin (optional)

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

  • Pinch of bell pepper powder (optional)

  • Pinch of garlic powder (optional)

  • Pinch of chili powder (optional)

  • 10g parsley (optional)


Instructions:


1. Cut beef (without visible fats) into strips or use lean ground beef and season with smoked bell pepper powder, chili, pinch of salt, garlic powder, cumin.

2. Fry the meat on a pan using little olive oil until ready.

3. Cut tomatoes, shred lettuce, dice bell pepper and onion, grate cheese.

4. In a bowl, prepare avocado dip. Mash avocado with fork and mix with lime juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, pinch of salt.

5. In a large bowl arrange all ingredients, and mix with avocado dip.
